dc.description.abstractRice milling unit, industry what the people in village needs for processed their harvested wet rice field to be middle-process product which some Indonesian consumed generally are rice.Which connected to much of factors that must be considering in decision making for locating places, for production factor also market share then in this research will be suggesting a method from Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was founded by Saaty, Thomas Lorie, Ph.d from Wharton business School in early 1970, what used to search the best option from many alternatives to finish a evaluatical problem. Result of referention from four criterias to 30 respondent show the road access (65.3 %) being first priority for villain who use rice milling unit for come to that industry, the second option is security (19.9 %), the third is transportations (8.60 %) and last is range (6.10 %). With decision tree, in 3 alternative villages between Sugihen, Sukababo and Nageri, which Sukababo Village is number one option with 62.9 %, second option is Sugihen with 31.7 % and Nageri with 14.0 % make it become the last optionen_US
