Abstract: Pursuant to use of prestressed concrete by chosening form of profile of box girder or PC. Box Girder. by post tension at structure for Flyover Jamin Ginting which casted in place in monolith. Box girder section made by more wide in area for than plate of under so that the in form of trapezium. Long of holey box girder as long as 125 m, consisted of by 3 spans, that is span 55 m one pieces and span 35 m of is two, located in for pillar 4 fulcrums pieces. To ensure that the box girder by hence quality of concrete K-500 have able to arrest;detain the dead burden by xself, dead burden of addition, burden live and earthquake burden, hence require to be conducted by a analysis repeat the calculation of momen of primary of effect of style prategang that happened at concrete prategang, good before loss and hereafter all loss at tendon of cable strand. Later;Then can compare big of momen of effect of style prestressed by momen is laboring ultimit. From analysis result of maximum momen ultimit or momen+ ( effect of self burden , dead burden of addition, burden live, and earthquake burden) in the middle of span is 159597 kN.m, while from big supervisor consultant data of maximum momen ultimit in the middle span is 143437,3 kN.m
Description: Berdasarkan penggunaan beton prategang dengan memilih bentuk profil box girder atau PC. Box girder. dengan post tension pada struktur atas Flyover Jamin Ginting yang dicor di tempat secara monolit. Penampang box girder dibuat lebih lebar di daerah atas daripada plat bawah sehingga berbentuk trapezium. Panjang box girder berlubang sepanjang 125 m, yang terdiri dari 3 bentang, yaitu bentang 55 m satu buah dan bentang 35 m dua buah, terletak di atas pilar 4 buah tumpuan. Untuk memastikan bahwa box girder tersebut dengan memakai mutu beton K-500 sudah mampu menahan beban mati sendiri, beban mati tambahan, beban hidup dan beban gempa, maka perlu dilakukan analisa ulang perhitungan momen primer akibat gaya prategang yang terjadi pada beton prategang, baik sebelum kehilangan dan sesudah semua kehilangan pada tendon kabel strand. Kemudian dapat membandingkan besar momen akibat gaya prategang dengan momen ultimit yang bekerja. Dari hasil analisa besar momen ultimit atau momen maksimum+ (akibat beban sendiri, beban mati tambahan, beban hidup, dan beban gempa) ditengah bentang adalah 159597 kN.m, sedangkan dari data konsultan pengawas besar momen ultimit maksimum di tengah bentang adalah 143437,3 kN.m
