Analisis Usaha Pembuatan Tempe UD. Tigo Putro di Rantau Prapat Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Agriculture sector is the main sector in Indonesian economy system, therefore it needs Nasional development which stands upon Agriculture Development. One of the agriculture developments is agribusiness development especially agro industry. The production of soybean tempe is an effort to improve additional value of soybean into soybean tempe and it is civil business. It is shown by the amount of household scale production of soybean tempe which can survive among tempe industry in a big scale and among the raise of soybean cost. The objective of the research is to know the cost, acceptance, benefits, profitability, business risks and efficiency of manufacturing soybean tempe business in Purworejo Regency. Research Method which is used in this research is descriptive method. This research is done in Purworejo Regency, because this area has enough amount of soybean tempe production business unit which has been done years by years. Sample number determination is done proportionally. The number of respondent is 30 producers in Brunorejo Village of Bruno Sub-district, Kaliboto Village of Bener Sub-district, Suren Village of Kutoarjo Sub-district. Respondent sample election is done by random sampling. Data used are primer data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, observation and recording. The result shows that average total cost which is used by tempe producers in Purworejo Regency on February 15th up to March 15th 2008 is Rp. 2.014.185,59. The average of tempe amount produced is 12.015 package with average cost Rp. 182, 00 each package, there fore the average of acceptance achieved by each producer is Rp. 2.163.005 and average benefits achieved by he producer is Rp. 148.819,41. The soybean tempe production business in Purworejo can be said beneficially, with profitability value 7,39%. The lowl profit value (L) Rp251.945,09 each month. Besides that, the business has efficiency value 1,07, it means that every one rupiahs cost which is used to producing will get acceptance 1,07times from the used cost.
