Perilaku Altruistik Di tinjau Dari Big Five Personality Pada Remaja Anggota Pramuka Di Kecamatan Labuhan Deli

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the difference of Altruistic Behavior was a voluntary action by someone to help others without expecting any rewards. This behavior was sometimes disadvantageous to the helper both energy, time and material. The method used in this study was Quantitative method. Subjects of this study were 243 scout members in sub district of Labuhan Deli, by using Total sampling technique. Data collection was done by using a measuring instrument of Altruistic behavior scale was 0.808 and the Reliability of Big Five Personality scale was 0.933. Data analysis technique used in this study was one way Anava Technique. The results of the analysis obtained that there were the differences in Altruistic behavior in Adolescents that reviewed from Big Five personality, where The Geographic Information Systems (sig) results was 0.000 < 0.050. Another results that this study obtained was The Altruistic behavior of adolescents that reviewed from Big Five personality fell into the high category with the average empirical value of Extraversion personality obtained 96.80, Agreeableness personality 103.70, Conscientiousness personality 96.71, Openness personality 96.71 and in the medium category with the average empirical value of Neurocitism personality obtained 64.96. from the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis was accepted
