Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perception of safety and occupational health with job satisfaction in PT. PLN Rayon Panyabungan. With the increase in quality and quality of work, the higher employee job satisfaction. The method used in this research is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study are employees who work in PT. PLN Rayon Panyabungan that uses 52 people. Created: 2008, with 7 files Trend using Product Moment concept. Based on the calculation of data analysis using Product Moment utterance obtained relationship rxy = -0.371 with significant p = 0.043 <0.050, This means there is a positive relationship between perceptions of occupational safety and health with job satisfaction. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.138, it shows the job satisfaction formed by the perception of safety and health performance of 13.8%
