| Abstract: | Industrial competition that moving faster and taught will create a lot of uncertainty which is mostly happen related customer demand to the product they needed. The company more focus on manufacture flexibility while other is out of focus, thus supply chain flexibility is needed by the company in order to re-evaluate and improve a good connection among the supply chain components in business. This research is aimed to identify the company performance. Key performance indicator based on main dimension of supply chain flexibility; delivery system, production system, and supplier system which are divided into parameter key performance indicators. Based on the research result which has been done using concept analytical hierarchy process (AHP) obtained weight for each dimension. From the results of the measurement carried out during the period of January-March 2014 obtained the result of the level of supply chain flexibility in general of 95.12% with the level of each dimension from the largest to the smallest of the Delivery System 98.97%, Production System 95.66% and Supplier System 88.46% |
| Description: | Persaingan industri yang sangat cepat dan ketat menimbulkan banyak ketidakpastian terutama terkait dengan permintaan pelanggan atas produk yang diinginkan. Adanya permasalahan di PT. Dow AgroSciences Indonesia dengan permintaan yang fluktuatif dari konsumen ditambah dengan banyaknya bahan baku yang diperlukan dan sering mengalami keterlambatan bahan dari supplier membuat dibutuhkannya fleksibilitas perusahaan yang tinggi. . Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis fleksibilitas supply chain, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki hubungan yang baik antar-mata rantai komponen-komponen supply chain dalam bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat fleksibilitas supply chain pada masing-masing dimensi secara berurutan mulai dari yang terbesar hingga yang terkecil sesuai dengan kondisi di PT. Dow AgroSciences Indonesia. Dimensi fleksibilitas supply chain yaitu delivery system, production system dan supplier system yang dibagi ke dalam parameter sampai diperoleh parameter yang mendapat prioritas utama untuk dilakukan peningkatan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil pengkuran yang dilakukan selama periode Januari-Maret 2014 diperoleh hasil tingkat pengukuran flesksibilitas supply chain secara umum sebesar 95.12% dengan tingkat masing-masing dimensi dari yang terbesar hingga yang terkecil yaitu Delivery System 98.97%, Production System 95.66% dan Supplier System 88.46% |
