Hubungan Antara Lingkungan Kerja Dengan Kinerja Guru SMAN4 Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and teacher’s performance at SMAN 4 Medan. Hypothesis proposed in this research is existence of relation between work environment with teacher’s performance of SMAN 4 Medan. This research uses quantitative approach with correlational research type with population of 60 teachers and taking samples with total sampling technique as many as 60 people, which is the entire population of teachers SMAN 4 Medan. This research uses Product Moment data analysis technique. The hypothesis in the results of this study is accepted, with the results of research showing that the work environment is positively related to teacher performance, where the school work environment is moderate and teacher performance is also moderate. This is proved by r = 0,520, with p = 0,000, and the contribution of work environment with performance factor is 27, 1%
