Hubungan Self Efficacy dan Kemandirian Dengan Kematangan Vokasional SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi

Abstract

SMK period is a time for teens to gather information about them selves and the world of work, where the teen was able to independently choose vocational majors to determine its future. therefore,this study aims to find out about the relationship between self-efficacy and self-reliance with vocational maturity in SMK Negeri 3 High Cliff. The hypothesis of this study were: 1) There is a relationship between self-efficacy with vocational maturity 2) There is a relationship between independence with vocational maturity 3) There is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-reliance with vocational maturity. This research was carried out on students of SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi,the number of samples are 120 students from majoring in hotel.Data collectors is performed using three scales, namely the scale of self-efficacy, self-reliance, and vocational maturity. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis, with the help of SPSS version17 From the analysis of the data , it is known that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy with vocational maturity , as shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.811 , and p = 0.000 , large contributions of self-efficacy variable was 65.8 % . There is a relationship between the maturity of vocational independence , this is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.630 , and p = 0.002 , donations were given independence by 39.7 % variable . There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and self-reliance with vocational maturity . These results indicated by coefficient freg = 112.895 and p = 0.000 . Effective contribution of these two variables ( self-efficacy and self-reliance ) of 81.2 % % .
