Faktor-Faktor Kepuasan Pernikahan pada Masyarakat Kelurahan Harjosari I Medan

Abstract

The study aims to describe the factors that determine the satisfaction of marriage in the society of Harjosari 1 Medan. This research is descriptive quantitative, study where the implementation is taken directly and openly. The factors of satisfaction of marriage that are studied are communication in family, sexual life in marriage, equality of partner status, need to be fulfilled, family of spouse, number of children, and recreationactivity. Population in this research amounted to 350 peoples, using sampling technique purposive sampling, got the number of research samples as many as 96 peoples. The measuring tool use din marriage satisfaction is scale consisting of 43 item(α=0,928). From the factor analysis found that the contribution of needs to be fulfilled is 0,513, family of the pair is 0,315,sexual life in marriage is 0,221, recreational activities is 0,074, conformity the roles in marriage of 0.003, the number of children of 0,005, communication in the family of 0,240.This is indicate that the most dominant factor is the needs to be fulfilled.
