Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1). The safety has a significant positive effect on employee performance in Perum. Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. 2). The health has a significant positive effect on employee performance in Perum. Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. 3). The safety and health (K3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance in Perum. Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. This type of research is associative research. The population is the employees amount to 62 employees in production, the sampling technique used by proportional stratified random sampling. Samples taken as many as 38 This type of research is associative research. The population is employees of 62 employees, the sampling technique uses random sampling. Samples are taken as many as 38 employees in Perum. Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research data sources from the primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study is obtained significant positive safety effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by the value of 0.414 and significantly indicated by 0.002 < 0.1. Occupational health positively insignificant to employee performance, where positive is indicated with value 0.269 and significant indicated by 0.033 > 0.1. Occupational safety and health have a significant positive effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by value 11.553, significantly indicated by 0.000 < 0.1.
