dc.descriptionPenelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Melihat Pengaruh Pemberian Mikroorganisme Lokal Rebung Bambu Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kacang Panjang (Vigna Sinensis L), yang Dilaksanakan Di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Dengan Ketinggian 12 M Diatas Permukaan Laut, Topografi Datar dan Jenis Tanah Alluvial. Penelitian Ini Dimulai Dari Bulan Maret Sampai Dengan Mei 2018. Rancangan Yang Digunakan dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial Dengan Perlakuan Faktor Pemberian Mikroorganisme Lokal Dari Rebung Bambu; T0 = Perlakuan Kontrol; T1 = Pemberian Konsentrasi Mikroorganisme Lokal Rebung Bambu 20ml/L Air; T2 = Pemberian Konsentrasi Mikroorganisme Lokal Rebung Bambu 40 Ml/L Air; T3 = Pemberian Konsentrasi Mikroorganisme Lokal Rebung Bambu 60 Ml/L Air. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan ulangan sebanyak 6 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian Ini adalah Diameter Batang (Cm), Umur Berbunga (Hari), Jumlah Polong Per Tanaman Sampel (Polong), Panjang Polong Per Tanaman Sampel (Cm), Berat Polong Per Tanaman Sampel (g), Berat Polong Per Plot(Kg). Adapun hasil yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian konsentrasi mikroorganisme lokal rebung bambu berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap diameter batang, jumlah polong per sampel, panjang polong per sampel, berat polong per sampel dan berat polong per plot, dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap umur berbunga.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis Aims of The Research Too See The Influence Of Local Microbial Bamboo Shoots To The Growth and Production Of Peanut Beans (Vigna sinensis L), Which Is Conducted In Experimental Garden Faculty Of Agriculture University Of Medan Area, PBSI Road No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District With Altitude 12 M Above the Sea Level, Flat Topography and Alluvial Type of Soil. This Research Begins From March To May 2018. The Design That Used In This Study Was A Non-Factorial Randomized Block Design With Treatment Of Local Microorganism Factors From Bamboo Shoots; T0 = Control Treatment; T1 = Giving Concentration of Local Microorganism Bamboo Shoots 20ml/L Water; T2 = Provision of Local Microorganism Concentration of Bamboo Shoots 40 Ml/L Water; T3 = Provision of Local Microorganism Concentration of Bamboo Shoots 60 Ml/L Water. This Research Is Conducted With Deuteronomy Of 6 Deuteronomy. Parameters That Observed In This Study Are Diameter of Seedling (Cm), Flowering Age (Days), Number Of Pods Per Plant Sample (Pods), Pod Length Per Plant Sample (Cm), Pod Weight Per Sample Plant (G), Pod Weight Per Plot (Kg). The Results That Have Been Obtained From This Research Is The Giving Concentration Of Local Microorganisms Bamboo Shoots Influence Is Not Significant To Stem Diameter, Number Of Pods Per Sample, Length Of Pods Per Sample, Weight Of Pods Per Sample And Weight Of Pods Per Plot, And Very Real Effect On Flowering Age.en_US
