Hubungan Religiusitas dan Iklim Kelas Dengan Kecerdasan Emosional Santri di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudatul Hasanah Medan

Abstract

This research ia aimed to know the relation religiousness and class climate with emotional intelligence students on Islamic Boarding School Ar-raudatul Hasanah Medan. There are 123 students taken as the research sample. They are choosen by using the propotinal stratified random sampling among all students of class IV and V of Ar-Raudatul Hasanah Medan. The research instruments use the quesionnaries which had been tried previously. The questionnaires consist of three scales, they are: Religiousness scale, class climate scale, and emotional intelligence scale. And then data are analyzed by the descriptivelyand inferencially. The result of the research are use the regression analysis denotes that: 1). The existence of positive relation and significan between religiousness and emotional intelligence, with effective contribution as mush as 75.6%, 2). The existence of positive relation and significan between class climate and emotional intelligence, with effective contribution as much as 72.6%, 3). The existence of positive relation and significan between religiousness and class climate with emotional intelligence, the effective contribution as much as 78.5%
