dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran questioner kepada 40 orang karyawan tetap PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Pengujian data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji kualitas data (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis persamaan regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis (uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Reckit Benckiser indonesia Medan. 2. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. 3. Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medanen_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. Data collection is done by spreading questioner to 40 permanent employees of PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20. Testing data in this research include the test data quality (validity and reliability), classical assumption (normality test, multicoloniarity, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression equation analysis, and hypothesis testing (test F, the coefficient of determination (R2 ) and t test). The results show that: 1. Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. 2. Leadership and significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medan. 3. Motivation and Leadership in a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Reckit Benckiser Indonesia Medanen_US
