dc.description | Di zaman modern sekarang ini, semakin banyak wanita yang telah menikah memilih untuk berkarir. Salah satu profesi yang banyak diminati ialah guru. Di dalam bekerja, tentunya mereka menginginkan suatu kepuasan, namun seringkali mereka sulit menemukan kepuasan kerja karena tidak dapat menjalani peran ganda mereka sehingga menimbulkan konflik yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara konflik peran dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru wanita yang telah menikah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 guru wanita yang telah menikah yang bekerja di Perguruan Panca Budi Medan, berusia 20-40 tahun, masih memiliki suami (bukan janda) yang kesehariannya tidak tinggal bersama keluarga besar, memiliki anak usia balita sampai remaja, dan suami yang memiliki tingkat ekonomi kelas sosial menengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Product moment diperoleh nilai koefisien kolerasi rxy sebesar = -0,507 dengan p < 0,05, yang menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara konflik peran dengan kepuasan kerja, yang berarti semakin tinggi konflik peran maka semakin rendah kepuasan kerja guru wanita yang telah menikah. dc.description.abstract | In modern era, more and more women who have married choice to working. One of the profession that interested is teacher. In working, certainly they wants a satisfaction, but they often find a difficulty to get a job satisfaction because they can’t enter on their multiple role that bring about conflict which can influence the job satisfaction. The aim of this research is to know the relationship between role conflict and job satisfaction of woman teacher who have married. Subject in this research are 52 woman teachers who have married who worked in Perguruan Panca Budi Medan, 20-40 years old, still have a husband (not single mom) that daily is not live with large families, have child who are toddlers to teenagers, and husband who has a middle class social economic level. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the results of the analysis Product moment gleaned coefficients correlation rxy = -0,507 with p < 0,05, there is a significant correlation between role conflict and job satisfaction of woman teacher who have married, where the higher of role conflict, the lower of job satisfaction she get. On the contrary, the lower of role conflict, the higher of job satisfaction she get. | en_US |
