Pengaruh Efisiensi Modal Kerja Terhadap Rentabilitas pada Perusahaan Otomotif dan Komponen yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The development of economy in the world effected companies in Indonesia to improve the performance of companies in order to compete nationally and globally. Every company must implement a management system in accordance with the procedures in order to grow and run the business effectively. The purpose of the establishment of the company is to obtain profitability, one of the efforts that can be done is by managing Working Capital (Working Capital Turnover), Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover. The purpose of this research is to determine whether WC, WCT, CT, RT partially or simultaneously give effect the Return of Investment (ROI). This research is conducted on automotive and components companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research method in this mini thesis is by using causal design. The research was conducted for the period 2009-2016. The type of data used is secondary data. Data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data that have been collected is analyzed by data analysis method which is done by classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing in this research use f test and t test at 5% significance level (a= 0,05). Hypothesis test results show that WC, WCT, CT, and RT have an effect but not partially significant to ROI. And simultaneously WC, WCT, CT, and RT have a significant effect on ROI.
