Evaluasi Perhitungan Debit Air dan Pendistribusian Air Bersih terhadap Kebutuhan Rumah Tangga

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Lihou water utilities in North Sumatra in general comes from the legacy of the Dutch colonial government, known as the Water Leading Bedriyf. The construction of drinking water facilities in Simalungun was started in 1970 by local regulations Simalungun No. 2. In the year 1983. The main objective of PDAM Tirta Lihou is for managing and running the water supply that meets health requirements and to develop the local economy, increase revenues, and improve the quality of the environment and achieve the welfare of society in general. Population growth has resulted in increased demand for clean water. Purpose of research is to evaluate the calculation of discharge water for household needs Subdistrict Buts Dolok, Simalungun. While the purpose of this study was to determine the water needs in the District Tapian Dolok as well as knowing how the distribution network system of clean water in the service area PDAM Tirta Lihou Lihou. Based on the research result shows that the total water requirement for PDAM Tirta Lihou District of Buts Dolok of 653.403 m3 / day. The maximum requirement occurred at 17:00 to 20:00 pm which is based on the calculation of 24 pressure within 24 hours. From this calculation for the water needs of consumers already meet. From this study it can be concluded PDAM Tirta Lihou District of Buts Dolok already meet community needs
