Abstract: | nyaman dan ekonomis dalam pengoperasiannya, hal tersebut tergantung kepada kesempurnaan kondisi sarana dan prasarananya. Untuk mempertahankan kondisi kemampuan pelayanan jalan kereta api yang layak harus melakukan pe-meliharaan yang rutin sehingga dapat memberikan keselamatan, kenyamanan, keamanan dan ketepatan waktu perjalanan kereta api. Pemeliharaan rutin menca-kup pemeliharaan harian dan pemeliharaan berkala dilaksanakan secara teratur dalam waktu satu tahun. Dengan demikian semakin jelas bahwa kebutuhan peme-liharaan merupakan hal mutlak yang harus dipenuhi agar jalan rel tetap dalam keadaan layak dan aman untuk dilewati selama umur perencanaan pelayanan jalan rel kereta api. Berdasarkan hasil analisa JO yang merupakan analisis pemeliharaan jalan rel yang digunakan oleh PT Kereta Api. Hasil dari analisa jalan rel lintas Medan – Tebing Tinggi merupakan jalan rel kelas III dengan daya angkut lintas yang me-lewati jalan rel sebesar = 6.924 juta Ton/tahun, adapun untuk pergantian kompo-nen rel 42 menjadi rel 54 yang bertujuan menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan pa-da operasional jalan rel kereta api. Kebutuhan pemeliharaan jalan rel berdasarkan analisa JO (jam-orang) sebesar 124.159 JO. Berdasarkan analisis perhitungan bi-aya upah pemliharaan dari PT KAI sebesar Rp.1.287.707.000,00 dan apabila te-naga kerja pemeliharaan berasal dari penyedia jasa sebesar Rp. 1.222.280,00 The train has become one of the alternative modes of land transportation that is safe, comfortable and economical in its operation, it depends on the perfec-tion of the condition of its facilities and infrastructure. To maintain a proper con-dition of railway service capability, routine maintenance must be carried out so as to provide safety, comfort, security and timeliness of train travel. Routine main-tenance includes daily maintenance and periodic maintenance carried out regular-ly within one year. Thus, it is increasingly clear that the need for maintenance is an absolute thing that must be met so that the railroad remains in a proper and safe condition to pass during the planning life of the railroad. Based on the results of the JO analysis which is an analysis of rail road maintenance used by PT Kereta Api. The results of the analysis of the Medan - Tebing Tinggi rail road are class III rail roads with a traffic carrying capacity of 6,924 million tons / year, as for the replacement of rail components from 42 to rail 54 which aims to maintain safety and comfort in rail operations. train. The need for rail road maintenance based on JO analysis (person-hours) is 124,159 JO. Based on the analysis of the calculation of the cost of maintenance wages from PT KAI, it is Rp. 1,287,707,000.00 and if the maintenance workforce comes from service providers, it is Rp. 1,222,280.00 |
