Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja koperasi di Kabupaten Simalungun. Gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan kewirausahaan dan Good Corporate Governance(GCG) merupakan faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja koperasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausal. penelitian asosiatif kausal adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang diteliti meliputi variabel bebas/prediktor (X1) yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, (X2) Good Corporate Governance(GCG) dan, (X3) pengembangan kewirausahaan sedangkan variabel terikat/kriterium (Y) yaitu kinerja koperasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) yang ada di Kabupaten Simalungun. Sampel penelitian adalah pimpinan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) sebanyak 42 KUD. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase sebesar 100% kemudian Good Corporate Governance(GCG) kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 69%, pengembangan kewirausahaan pada kategori cukup baik dengan presentase 78% dan Kinerja koperasi berasa pada kategori cukup baik dengan presentase sebesar 53%. Hasil uji regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa tidak berpengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan kewirausahaan dan Good Corporate Governance(GCG) terhadap kinerja Koperasi Unit Desa di Kabupaten Simalungun This research was motivated by the importance of cooperative performance in Simalungun Regency. Leadership style, entrepreneurial development and Good Corporate Governance(GCG) are factors that are thought to affect the performance of cooperatives. This study used the causal method. Causal associative research is a study that aims to find out the relationship between two or more variables. In this study, the variables studied included free variables / predictors (X1) namely leadership style, (X2) Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and, (X3) the development of entrepreneurship while the bound variables / kriterium (Y) namely cooperative performance. The population in this study is the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Simalungun Regency. The research sample was the leaders of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) as many as 42 KUDs. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results of this study show that the leadership style is in the good category with a percentage of 100% then the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) category is quite good with a percentage of 69%, the development of entrepreneurship in the category is quite good with a percentage of 78 % and Cooperative performance feels in the category is quite good with a percentage of 53%. The results of the double regression test showed that there was no influence between leadership style, entrepreneurial development and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) onthe performance of Village Unit Cooperatives in Simalungun Regency
