Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kondisi pelaksanaan fasilitas kesejahteraan karyawan di kantor direksi PTPN IV, Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui kondisi produktivitas karyawan di kantor direksi PTPN IV, dan yang terakhir yakni untuk me11getahLLi dan menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas kcsejahteraan tcrhadap produktivitas karyawan di kantor dircksi PTPN IV. Populasi pada peneli tian ini terdiri dari 133 orang karyawan pimpinan dan 345 karyawan pclaksana, sample menggunakan pcndapat Arikunto sehingga menghasilkan 130 sampel, terdiri dari 35 orang karyawan pimpinan dan 85 orang karyawan pelaksana Pada penelitian ini menemukan basil secara simultan faktor-faktor fasilitas kesejahteraan (gaji pokok, insentif, tunjangan, dana pensiun dan asuransi) berpcngaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja. Sccara parsial pengaruh gaj i pokok terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan sebesar 35,3%, insentif sebesar 5,7%, Tunjangan sebesar 63,6% dana pcnsiun sebesar 42,9%, asuransi scbesar 24,3% tcrhadap produktivitas kerja karya wan PTPN IV. The purpose of this study is to determine the conditions of implementation employee welfare facilities at the PTPN IV board of directors' office, Next to find out the condition of employee productivity in the PTPN IV board of directors' office, and which the last is to getahLLi and analyze the influence of the facility welfare on employee productivity in PTPN IV director's office. The population in this study consisted of 133 executives and 345 employees implementing employees, the sample uses Arikunto's opinion so that resulted in 130 samples, consisting of 35 management employees and 85 people executive employees In this study found the results of the facilities factors simultaneously welfare (base salary, incentives, benefits, pension funds and insurance) affect work productivity. Partially the effect of base salary on employee productivity by 35.3%, incentives by 5.7%, Allowances of 63.6%, pension funds of 42.9%, insurance of 24.3% on the work productivity of PTPN IV employees.
