Abstract: | CV. Donita merupakan usaha industri rumahan yang bergerak dalam penjualan Donat (produksi utama), selain itu juga menjual makanan layaknya frozen food seperti Delipau, Kebab, Risol, Tahu isi dan Ayam. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, didapatkan bahwa hingga saat ini pemasaran dan penjualan hanya memanfaatkan sosial media WA dan Ig bahkan masih perantara mulut kemulut. Tidak jarang terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditimbulkan pada aktivitas bisnis tersebut yaitu cakupan pasar yang dirasa kurang luas, sering terjadi hambatan dalam komunikasi, pengiriman kurang efisien, serta terdapat masalah dalam bidang pencatatan bagi karyawan yang merekap data atau produk secara manual. Maka, pihak CV.Donita pun membutuhkan system pemasaran berbasis UI/UX dan yang akan mempengaruhi pendapatan mereka kedepannya dimana melakukan pendekatan yang sesuai, memerlukan media branding untuk melakukan kegiatan bisnis mereka. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dijelaskan, maka dibutuhkannya sebuah solusi untuk merancang desain antarmuka menggunakan metode Design Thinking, menghimpun karakteristik pengguna memanfaatkan tool figma dan melakukan pengujian dengan Usability Testing. Pelaksanaan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Usability Testing dengan memberikan kuisioner pada setiap responden untuk dijalankan dan diselesaikan pada prototype yang akan disuguhkan melalui zoom meeting dan secara langsung kepihak Toko. Hasil pengujian prototype menunjukkan bahwa para responden dapat menyelesaikan seluruh Scenario pada iterasi pertama sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut mampu disimpulkan bahwa desain yang dirancang baik dan selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis, serta dapat diterima oleh para calon pengguna. Dan berdasarkan pendapatan sebelumnya diprediksi menggunakan forecasting yaitu metode trend pendapatan CV.Donita disimpulkan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 2% setelah dirancangnya system pemasaran berbasis UI/UX. CV. Donita is a home industry business that is engaged in selling donuts (main production), besides that it also sells food like frozen food such as Delipau, Kebab, Risol, Stuffed Tofu and Chicken. Based on the interview results, it was found that until now marketing and sales only utilize social media WA and Ig and are still mouth-to-mouth intermediaries. Not infrequently there are a number of problems that arise in these business activities, namely market coverage that is felt to be less broad, frequent barriers to communication, inefficient delivery, and problems in the field of record keeping for employees who manually record data or products. So, CV.Donita also needs a UI/UX-based marketing system and that will affect their future income where they take an appropriate approach, requiring media branding to carry out their business activities. Based on the problems that have been described, a solution is needed to design the interface design using the Design Thinking method, collect user characteristics using the figma tool and carry out tests with Usability Testing. The testing is carried out using Usability Testing by giving a questionnaire to each respondent to run and complete on the prototype which will be presented through a zoom meeting and directly to the Store. The results of the prototype test show that the respondents can complete all scenarios in the first iteration of 100%. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the design is well designed and aligned with business needs, and can be accepted by prospective users. And based on previous income predicted using forecasting, namely the CV.Donita income trend method, it was concluded that it had increased by 2% after the design of a UI/UX-based marketing system. |
