Analisis Perancangan Kotak Tisu dari Limbah Kayu pada CV Karya Bangun Mandiri Dengan Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD)

Abstract

Kotak tisu adalah tempat untuk menyimpan tisu agar terlihat rapi dan melindungi tisu dari kotoran dan debu. Kotak tisu sering digunakan di rumah tangga, restoran dan juga sebagai dekorasi ruangan. Oleh karena itu, bentuk kotak tisu yang sedang dikembangkan semakin bervariasi sesuai dengan minat konsumen. Kotak tisu terdiri dari tiga bagian utama yaitu penutup, badan dan alas kotak. Bentuk Kotak tisu merupakan benda tiga dimensi yang berbentuk balok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk kotak tisu dari limbah kayu yang dilakukan dengan pengembangan secara kontinu dari berbagai aspek. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan produk ini adalah metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Dalam perancangan produk ini terdapat 15 variabel antara lain : Bahan produk, bentuk produk, warna produk, ukuran produk, bentuk pengambilan tisu, posisi pembuka produk, hiasan tambahan, bahan hiasan, fungsi tambahan, bentuk fungsi tambahan, bahan fungsi tambahan, ukuran fungsi tambahan, letak fungsi tambahan, harga produk. Dalam perancangan produk terdapat output bahan dasar kayu, berbentuk balok, warna merah, ukuran 21 × 13 × 10 cm , oval panjang bentuk pengambilan tisu, posisi pembuka kotak tisu dari depan, hiasan tambahan yaitu atap rumah adat, bahan hiasan dari kayu, fungsi tambahan yaitu stand menu, tempat tusuk gigi dan penyimpanan botol kecap, bentuk fungsi tambahan kotak, bahan fungsi tambahan dari kayu, ukuran fungsi tambahan 21 × 13 × 5 cm, letak fungsi tambahan dari samping dan harga produk Rp. 100.000. A tissue box is a place to store tissues to make them look neat and protect them from dirt and dust. Tissue boxes are often used in households, restaurants and also as room decorations. Therefore, the shape of the tissue box that is being developed is increasingly varied according to consumer interests. The tissue box consists of three main parts, namely the cover, the body and the base of the box. The shape of a tissue box is a three-dimensional object in the form of a beam. This research aims to develop a tissue box product from wood waste which is carried out with continuous development from various aspects. One method that can be used in product development is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. In designing this product, there are 15 variables, including: product material, product shape, product color, product size, shape for taking tissue, product opening position, additional decoration, decorative material, additional function, form of additional function, material of additional function, size of additional function , location of additional functions, product price.
