Abstract: | Kulit merupakan lapisan pelindung terluar dari tubuh manusia yang memiliki banyak fungsi yaitu sebagai pelindung tubuh dari penyakit yang berbahaya. kulit adalah bagian yang langsung menerima sentuhan rasa sakit lainnya dari luar, banyak hal seperti penyakit yang menyerang kulit, salah satu penyakit yang menyerang kulit yaitu tumor. Tumor Kulit adalah salah satu jenis kanker yang mejadi penyakit utama dan dapat menyebabkan kematian, memiliki dua jenis tumor pada kulit yaitu tumor ganas (malignant) dan tumor jinak (benign). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Generalized Learning Vector Quantization untuk prosses klasifikasi pada tumor serta menggunakan ekstraksi fitur Histogram Oriented Gradient. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengimplementasikan Generalized Learning Vector Quantization yang dapat menentukan jenis penyakit tumor pada kulit berdasarkan citra tumor kulit. Pada proses penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa model gabungan dari hyperparameter GLVQ yang memberikan hasil akurasi tertinggi dari hyper parameter model M4 dengan nilai 77%. The skin is the outermost protective layer of the human body which has many functions, namely as a body protector from dangerous diseases. the skin is the part that directly receives the touch of other pain from the outside, many things such as diseases that attack the skin, one of the diseases that attack the skin is a tumor. Skin tumors are a type of cancer which is a major disease and can cause death. There are two types of tumors on the skin, namely malignant tumors and benign tumors. This study uses the Generalized Learning Vector Quantization method for the classification process in tumors and uses Histogram Oriented Gradient feature extraction. The purpose of this study is to implement Generalized Learning Vector Quantization which can determine the type of tumor on the skin based on the image of the skin tumor. In this research process, several combined models of GLVQ hyperparameters were used which gave the highest accuracy results from the M4 hyperparameter model with a value of 77%. |
