Abstract: | Produktivitas sangat penting bagi perusahaan dalam persaingan bisnis yang sangat ketat. Produktivitas berkaitan dengan efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan sumber daya (input) dalam memproduksi output. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan pemilik bahwa UKM Harum Wangi belum pernah melakukan pengukuran produktivitas, melainkan hanya melakuakan evaluasi 5 bulan sekali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah American Productivity Center (APC). Untuk mengetahui angka indeks produktivitas, profitabilitas dan perbaikan harga UKM Harum Wangi menggunakan data sumber daya tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi dan modal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas UKM Harum Wangi berdasarkan periode yang diteliti dan mengetahui tingkat produktivitas berdasarkan pada pemanfaatan sumber daya tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi dan modal. Hasil dari pengukuran produktivitas pada UKM Harum Wangi memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja periode 2 dan 3 sebesar 5,51% dan 7,24%, bahan baku sebesar 0,53% dan 1,61%, energi sebesar 1,27% dan 0,27%, terdapat penurunan modal sebesar -26,5% dan -43,71%. Terdapat peningkatan indeks profitabilitas tenaga kerja periode 2 sebesar 5,6% dan periode 3 sebesar 7,2%, peningkatan bahan baku di periode 2 sebesar 0,66% dan penurunan di periode 3 sebesar -0,1%, peningkatan energi di periode 2 sebesar 1,24% dan penurunan di periode 3 sebesar -11,92%, serta penurunan modal di periode 2 sebesar -26,06% dan periode 3 sebesar -43,73%. Productivity is very important for companies in a very tight business competition. Productivity is related to the effectiveness and efficiency of resource (input) utilization in producing output. Based on interviews with the owner. UKM Harum Wangi has never measured productivity, but only evaluates it once every 5 month. The method used this study is the American Productivity Center (APC). To find out the index numbers for productivity, profitability, and price improvement for UKM Harum Wangi using data on labor resources, raw materials, energy and capital. The research objective was to determine the productivity level of UKM Harum Wangi based on the period studied and to determine the productivity level based on the utilization of labor resources, raw materials, energy, and capital. The results of productivity measurements at Harum Wangi SMEs show an increase in the labor productivity index for periods 2 and 3 of 5.51% and 7.24%, raw materials by 0.53% and 1.61%, energy by 1.27% and 0.27%, there was a decrease in capital of -26.5% and -43.71%. There was an increase in the labor profitability index for period 2 of 5.6% and period 3 of 7.2%, an increase in raw materials in period 2 of 0.66% and a decrease in period 3 of -0.1%, an increase in energy in period 2 amounted to 1.24% and a decrease in period 3 of -11.92%, as well as a decrease in capital in period 2 of -26.06% and period 3 of -43.73%. |
