Abstract: | PT.OLEOCHEM AND SOAP INDUSTRY sebagai perusahaan yang mengolah minyak sawit menjadi sabun dan gliserin. AU produksi keseluruhan ditujukan kepada kebutuhan ekspor dan dalam negeri. Agar dapat bersaing dengan pesanan perusahaan sejenis, perusahaan harus mampu memenuhi permintaan konsumen terutama karena kualitas bagus dan harga bersaing. Dalam memenuhi permintaan tersebut. perusahaan harus menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal, dengan efektifitas dan efisiensi produk yang tinggi. PT.OLEOCHEM AND SOAP INDUSTRY as a company that processed palm oil become soap and glycerin. AU the production a whole addressed to export and domestic needs. In order to competitive with order similar companies, the company must be able to fulfill the consumers' demand, especially due to good quality and competitive price. In fulfilling such demand. the company must produce maximum, with high affectivity and efficiency product. |
