Abstract: | Penerapan Quality Control Circle (QCC) ini merupakan aspek yang penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas di perusahaan. Konsep kegiatan ini menganggap bahwa para pekerj al ah merupakan orang yang paling tepat untuk memecahkan masalah kerj a serta perbaikan mutu kerja dan mengurangi pemborosan yang terjadi. PT. Growth Asia (Foundry) Medan ini menghasilkan pengecoran logam. Pabrik ini merupakan industri yang menghasilkan produk berdasarkan pesanan/permintaan dari customer. Tujuh alat pengendalian mutu dalam usaha memperkecil kesalahan/ketidak sesuaian spesifikasi order. Ketujuh alat tersebut adalah : lembar pengumpul data, diagram pareto, histogram, diagram sebab akibat, stratifikasi, diagram pencar dan control chart. Untuk menggunakan tujuh alat pemecahan masalah ini maka dapat digunakan delapan langkah. Penyelesaian masalah yang dimulai d.ari menemukan adanya masalah. Adapun hasil pengurangan kerugian yang diperoleh oleh seksi machining yang telah menerapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilihat sebagai berikut 1. Sebelum penerapan Quality Control Circle, kerugian akibat adanya out of specification, jenis ukuran dalam satu bulan adalah Rp. 603.060.000 Dengan persentase adanya out of specification jenis ukuran perbulan adalah 3,3 %. 2 . Setelah penerapan Quality Control Circle, kerugian akibat adanya out of specification jenis ukuran dalam satu bulan adalah Rp. 376.257.000. Dengan persentase adanya out of specification jenis ukuran perbulan adalah 2,08 %. Jadi perusahaan dapat menekan kerugian sebesar 37,61 %. The implementation of this Quality Control Circle (QCC) is an important aspect in improving productivity in the company. The concept of this activity considers that the workers are the most appropriate people to solve the problems of work and improve the quality of work and reduce the waste that occurs. PT. Growth Asia (Foundry) This field produces metal foundries. This factory is an industry that produces products based on orders/requests from customers. Seven quality control tools in the company minimize errors/mismatches of order specifications. The seven tools are: data collector sheet, pareto diagram, histogram, causal diagram, stratification, scatter diagram and control chart. To use these seven troubleshooting tools then eight steps can be used. Troubleshooting that started d.ari found a problem. As for the loss reduction results obtained by the machining section that has implemented this activity can be seen as follows 1. Before the implementation of Quality Control Circle, the loss due to out of specification, size type in one month was Rp. 603,060,000. The percentage of out of specification type size per month was 3.3%. 2. After the implementation of Quality Control Circle, the loss due to out of specification type size in one month was Rp. 376,257.000. With the percentage of out of specification type, the size of the month is 2.08%. So the company can squeeze losses by 37.61%. |
