Perencanaan dan Pengawasan Beban Operasional pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya Medan

Abstract

Sebagai seorang pemimpm disuatu perusahaan selalu di hadapkan berbagai masalah salah satu diantaranya adalah bagaimana agar tujuan perusahaan dapat dicapai dan perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan menggunakan beban yang tersedia secara efektif Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa tujuan perusahaan adalah memperoleh laba semaksimal mungkin dengan pengorbanan tertentu. Setiap kegiatan yang ada di perusahaan, tidak terlepas dari unsur beban , besar kecilnya beban yang dikeluarkan akan mempengaruhi laba ataupun rugi yang akan diperoleh dalam perusahaan jasa, bidang operasional merupakan badan yang paling banyak memerlukan beban dan sekaligus juga merupakan sumber pendapatan beban tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan beban operasional sangat penting untuk tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. As a colleague in a company is always faced with various Problems one of them is how to make the company's goals can be achieved and the company can operate by using the expenses available effectively as it is known that the company's goal is to obtain the maximum profit as possible with certain sacrifices. Every activity in the company, is inseparable from the load element, the size of the expenses spent will affect the profit or loss that will be obtained in the service company, the operational field is the body that requires the most burden and at the same time is the source of the expense revenue. Based on the description above, the authors conclude that operational load planning is very important to achieve the company's goals.
