Abstract: | Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan secara eksperimental hasil dari pengaruh kemiringan variasi sudut Impeller Pompa Air Adalah : Kemiringan sudut sudu Impeller sangat berpengaruh pada debit air yang di keluarkan oleh pompa sentrifugal. Variasi sudut sudu yang di coba yaitu, 26°, 32° Dan 34°. Dimana sudut 32° adalah sudut kemiringan standart dari impeller pompa air bawaan mesin. terlihat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara 2 sudut sudu impeller modifikasi yang dilakukan pada percobaan, Debit air yang di keluarkan oleh pompa sentrifugal meningkat, Namun ada kelemahan yaitu getaran pada mesin meningkat pada masing masing impeller. Kurva efisiensi terhadap kapasitas dari pompa sentrifugal pada umumnya berbentuk mendekati busur lingkaran. Harga efisisensinya hanya sedikit menurun bila kapasitas berubah menjauhi harga optimumnya. Dari hasil percobaan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perubahan sudut sudu sangat berpengaruh pada debit air yang keluar dari pompa sentrifugal. Dan juga mempengaruhi waktu, semakin besar sudut sudu semakin kecil waktu yang diperlukan untuk memompa air keluar. From the results of tests carried out experimentally the results of the influence of the slope angle variation of the Water Pump Impeller are: The slope of the Impeller blade angle is very influential on the discharge of water released by the centrifugal pump. The variation of the angle angle tested is, 26°, 32° and 34° . Where the angle of 32° is the standard tilt angle of the water pump impeller built into the machine. There is a significant difference between the 2 modified impeller blade angles carried out in the experiment. The water discharge that is released by the centrifugal pump increases. However, there is a drawback, namely the vibration on the engine increases on each impeller. The efficiency-to- capacity curve of a centrifugal pump is generally in the shape of a circular arc. The efficiency price only decreases slightly when the capacity moves away from the optimum price. From the experimental results above, it can be concluded that the change in blade angle greatly affects the discharge of water coming out of the centrifugal pump. And also affects the time, the greater the angle of the blade the smaller the time needed to pump out the water. |
