Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Price to Book Value dan Return on Asset Terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021, secara parsial dan simultan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019-2021, Perusahaan yang melakukan penghapusan pencatatan (delisting) dari Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019-2021. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, maka sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 perusahaan Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia mulai tahun 2019-2021. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa penelitian melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) melalui www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS.25 Berdasarkan hasil uji t yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Price to Book Value tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate. dapat disimpulkan bahwa Return On Assets berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Uji F disimpulkan bahwa Price to Book Value dan Return On Assets berpengaruh secara bersama (simultan) searah positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price to Book Value and return on assets on stock returns in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021, partially and simultaneously. The research design used is an associative approach. The population in this study were 27 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period with a sampling technique based on criteria using purposive sampling, namely property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2019-2021 period. Companies that carry out delisting from the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2019-2021 period. Based on these criteria, the research sample is 16 Property and Real Estate Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange starting in 2019-2021. In this research, the type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used in this research was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website. The data collection method used in this research is documentation techniques. The documentation technique in this research was carried out by collecting secondary data in the form of research through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. 25 Based on the results of the t test that has been done, it can be concluded that Price to Book Value has a negative and significant effect on Stock Returns in property and real estate sector companies. it can be concluded that Return On Assets has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns in property and real estate sector companies. Based on the results of the F test, it is concluded that Price to Book Value and Return on Assets have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on Stock Return. |
