Abstract: PT. Mabar Feed Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dcllam pengolahan pakan ternak dan ikan. Bagian pengepakan adalah termasuk bagian yang penting agar produk dapat langsung dipasarkan ke konsumen karena jumlah permintaan dari konsumen yang terus meningkat. Proses pengerjaannya dituntut keeepatan dan ketepatannya untuk mendukung proses pengiriman yang cepat. Proses pengerjaanya tersebut terdapat sikap kerja yang kurang ergonomis. survei awal dilakukan ditemukan kurangnya fasilitas kerja yang ergonomis pada bagian pengepakan, operator berdiri saat bekerja setiap harinya. PT. Mabar Feed Indonesia is a company that operates dcllam processing of animal feed and fish. Packing part is included part What is important is that the product can be marketed directly to consumers because of the quantity Demand from consumers continues to increase. The work process is demanding speed and accuracy to support a fast delivery process. The work process has a less ergonomic working attitude. survey Initially carried out, it was found that there was a lack of ergonomic work facilities on the part packing, operators stand while working every day.
