Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada cv. Horizon group. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Jenis data pada penelitian ini kuantitatif yang bersumber data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 41 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh anggota populasi yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 41 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sistem informasi akuntansi, Pengendalian internal, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. This research aims to determine the influence of accounting information systems, internal control, and leadership style on employee performance at CV. Horizon group. The type of research carried out in this research is associative. The type of data in this research is quantitative, sourced from primary data. The population in this study was 41 employees. The sampling used in this research was a saturated sampling technique, namely 41 members of the population were sampled. The research results show that the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee petformance, internal control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Accounting information systems, internal control, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performnce.
