Sedangkan daging buah mengandung terpenoid 21,04%. Black Sapote (Diospyros dygina) is a plant that is still rare in Indonesia. Black Sapote first entered Indonesia in 2015 and was cultivated by Eko Setyawan in Wonogiri Regency, Central Java. This research is entitled Analysis of Secondary Metabolite Compounds in the Leaves and Flesh of Black Sapote (Diospyros dygina) Fruit using GCMS (Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry). The samples used in this research were the leaves and flesh of Black Sapote (Diospyros dygina). The aim of this research is to determine the content of secondary metabolite compounds in the leaves and pulp of Black Sapote using the phytochemical screening method, as well as to determine the levels of secondary metabolite compounds in the leaves and flesh of the fruit using the GCMS (Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) method. Based on the results of the phytochemical screening test, the leaves contain several secondary metabolite compounds, namely flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, tannins and saponins. Meanwhile, fruit flesh contains flavonoids, terpenoids, steroids, tannins and saponins. The GCMS test results show that the leaves contain 0.56% flavonoids, 2.75% steroids and 25.85% terpenoids. Meanwhile, the flesh of the fruit contains 21.04% terpenoids. |
