Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan Pengaruh Harga Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Momoyo Ditanjung Balai, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif .populasi dalam penelitian adalah konsumen Momoyo yang di ambil dari Data penjualan 2023 – September 2024 yang berjumlah 10.909 Konsumen. dan penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus solvin dan mendapatkan hasil 99 responden Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05.dan mendapatkan hasil (1) Variabel Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.456) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.984)..(2) Variabel pengembang Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,025) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (2.279) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.984)(3) Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,016) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (2.465) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.984)(4) (Harga (x1), Kualitas Produk (x2) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (x3) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kata Kunci: Harga, The purpose of this study was to determine and the effect of product quality price and service quality on purchasing decisions at Momoyo Ditanjung Balai, the research method used in this study used quantitative. the population in the study were Momoyo consumers who were taken from 2023 - September 2024 sales data totaling 10,909 consumers. and the determination of the sample in this study using the Solvin formula and getting the results of 99 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. and get the results (1) The price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and the t-count (4.456)> compared to the t-table (1.984).(2) The product quality developer variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the significant value (0.025) <0.05 and the t-count (2. 279) > compared to t-table (1.984) (3) Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions This can be seen from the significant value (0.016) < 0.05 and t-count (2.465) > compared to t-table (1.984) (4) (Price (x1), Product Quality (x2) and Service Quality (x3) simultaneously are significant to Purchasing Decisions. |
