Abstract: judul penelitian ini adalah strategi humasPT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan dalam berkontribusi menanggulangi covid-19 melalui program corporate social responsibility. penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya wabah covid-19 yang mengganggu ketenangan masyarakat, perekonomian, kesehatan dan kehiduopan sosial masyarakat.PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV medan sebuah perusahaan BUMN yang berupaya memerangi pandemi namun bukanlah lembaga yang bertanggungjawab untung menanggulangi covid-19 melalui program corporate social responsibility (CSR). penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi humas PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV dalam berkontribusi menanggulangi covid-19 melalui program corporate social responsibility (CSR). penelitian ini menggunakan teori CSR dan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancaradan dokumentasi. bentuk program CSR yang dilakukan humas PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV medan yaitu penyediaan layanan kesehatan, penyediaan masker, handsanitaizer, alat pelindung diri, penyebaran informasi mengenai covid-19, cara pencegahan dan jenis vaksin. This research is motivated by the outbreak of Covid-19, which has disrupted public peace, the economy, health, and social life. PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, a state-owned enterprise, seeks to help combat the pandemic, even though it is not an institution officially responsible for handling Covid-19. Its efforts are carried out through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The purpose of this study is to explore the public relations strategy of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan in contributing to the fight against Covid-19 through CSR initiatives. This research applies CSR theory and employs a qualitative method, collecting data through interviews and documentation. The CSR programs implemented by the public relations division of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan include providing health services, distributing masks, hand sanitizers, and personal protective equipment, as well as disseminating information about Covid-19, prevention measures, and available vaccine types.
