Pengaruh Balance Scorecard Terhadap Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Pada PT Rubberhocklie Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Balance Scorecard terhadap kinerja PT. Rubber Hock Lie. Laporan keuangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah neraca dan laporan laba rugi selama 10 tahun (triwulanan). Terdapat 1 indikator untuk setiap perspektif. Pengolahan data menggunakan Spss versi 26. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah perspektif keuangan, perspektif konsumen dan perspektif proses bisnis internal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT Rubber Hock Lie. Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT Rubber Hock Lie. Manfaat penelitian ini bagi ilmu pengetahuan adalah penggunaan masing-masing perspektif penilaian dalam analisis balance scorecard tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain sehingga diperlukan kerjasama antara beberapa bidang ilmu dalam pelaksanaan penelitian. This study aims to determine the effect of the Balance Scorecard on the performance of PT. Rubber Hock Lie. The financial statements used in this study are the balance sheet and income statement for 10 years (quarterly). There is 1 indicator for each perspective. Data processing using SPSS version 26. The results obtained are a financial perspective, a consumer perspective, and an internal business process perspective that positively affect PT Rubber Hock Lie company performance. However, the results show that the growth and learning perspective negatively affects PT Rubber Hock Lie company performance. The benefit of this research for science is that the use of each assessment perspective in balanced scorecard analysis cannot be separated from the other, so that cooperation between several fields of science is needed in the implementation of research.
