Abstract: Permasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin Greader Cyclo adalah berkurangnya tingkat kehandalan mesin dikarenakan kerusakan mesin yang sering terjadi dan juga usia mesin yang sudah tua, penurunan kehandalan mesin ini dapat dilihat dari rendahnya nilai yang masih berada dibawah standar. Sedangkan availability ratio mesin tidak mengalami penurunan dikarenakan mesih berada diatas standar. Pengukuran Data downtime selanjutnya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran untuk menentukan faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan kehandalan mesin Greader Cyclo. Dari pengukuran tersebut didapat yang menyebabkan penurunan kehandalan mesin Greader Cyclo adalah reduced speed losses yang tinggi yaitu 305,810.18 menit/tahun. Tahap selanjutnya adalah dengan mencari prioritas perbaikan terhadap komponen mesin Greader Cyclo yang mengalami kerusakan dengan menggunakan metode FMEA didapat prioritas utama perbaikan terhadap komponen mesin Greader Cyclo adalah bearing dikarenakan memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi dibandingkan komponen lainnya seperti gigi besar, gigi kecil, housing bearing, dan ban konveyor. The problem that occurs with the Greader Cyclo machine is the reduced level of machine reliability due to frequent machine damage and also the old age of the machine. The decline in machine reliability can be seen from the low value which is still below standard. Meanwhile, the machine availability ratio did not decrease because it was still above standard. The next downtime data measurement that is carried out is to carry out measurements to determine the factors that cause a decrease in the reliability of the Greader Cyclo machine. From these measurements, it was found that what caused a decrease in the reliability of the Greader Cyclo machine was the high reduced speed losses, namely 305,810.18 minutes/year. The next stage is to look for repair priorities for Greader Cyclo engine components that are damaged using the FMEA method. It is found that the main priority for repairs to Greader Cyclo engine components is bearings because they have the highest RPN value compared to other components such as large gears, small gears, housing bearings and tires. conveyor.
