Abstract: PT Boy Bagus Windi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi gas LPG untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun usaha. Dalam operasional sehari-hari, perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual untuk transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan data pelanggan, dan manajemen stok. Proses manual ini seringkali menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, ketidakakuratan data transaksi, keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan, serta menurunnya efisiensi kerja administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan yang terstruktur dan efisien guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) untuk merancang dan memodelkan proses bisnis secara visual dan sistematis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak internal perusahaan yang terkait dalam proses operasional penjualan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi penjualan yang terdiri atas fitur pencatatan transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan data pelanggan, pengelolaan stok tabung gas, serta penyusunan laporan secara berkala (harian, mingguan, dan bulanan). Rancangan ini belum diimplementasikan, namun telah memenuhi spesifikasi kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional sistem. Diharapkan, hasil rancangan ini dapat dijadikan acuan pengembangan sistem yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan manajerial di PT Boy Bagus Windi. PT Boy Bagus Windi is a company engaged in the distribution of LPG gas to meet the needs of households and businesses. In its daily operations, the company still uses a manual recording system for sales transactions, customer data management, and stock management. This manual process often causes various problems, such as recording errors, inaccurate transaction data, delays in reporting, and decreased administrative work efficiency. This study aims to design a structured and efficient sales information system to overcome these problems. The method used is the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to design and model business processes visually and systematically. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews with internal company parties involved in the sales operational process. The result of this study is a sales information system design consisting of features for recording sales transactions, managing customer data, managing gas cylinder stock, and preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). This design has not been implemented, but has met the specifications of the system's functional and non-functional requirements. It is estimated that the results of this design can be used as a reference for developing systems that can improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and accelerate the managerial decision-making process at PT Boy Bagus Windi.
