Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis postur kerja pekerja di UMKM Mesin Penggiling Padi Pak Roni menggunakan metode Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). This study aims to analyze the working posture of workers at UMKM Mesin Penggiling Padi Pak Roni using the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods. The analysis was conducted to identify ergonomic risk levels that could lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) due to improper working postures. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and posture measurement using the APECS application. Based on the OWAS analysis, most workers’ postures were categorized as high-risk level (category 3), requiring immediate corrective actions. Meanwhile, the REBA analysis showed risk scores ranging from moderate to high (8–10), indicating that workers are at risk of developing musculoskeletal injuries if posture corrections are not implemented promptly. The primary factors contributing to high-risk working postures include bent body positions, heavy workloads, and the use of non-ergonomic work tools. Therefore, this study recommends improvements such as the use of lifting aids, adjusting workstation height, applying ergonomic lifting techniques, and implementing a work rotation system along with micro-breaks to reduce muscle fatigue. By implementing these corrective measures, the risk of work-related injuries is expected to decrease, thereby enhancing worker comfort, health, and productivity at UMKM Mesin Penggiling Padi Pak Roni.
