Gambaran Kerjasama Tim pada Mahasiswa yang Berorganisasi di BEM Se USU

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kerjasama Tim Pada Mahasiswa Yang Berorganisasi di Bem SE-USU. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1113, sampel dari penelitian ini 294 mahasiswa Bem SE-USU. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampaling. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala kerjasama tim yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Huszczo (Stott & Walker, 1995) menjelaskan tujuh aspek kerjasama yaitu: tujuan, bakat, tugas, pelaksanaan, hubungan interpersonal, penguatan sistem, hubungan external. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis deskriptif frekuensi (f%). Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata aspek tujuan sebesar 13,71 ,nilai rata-rata aspek bakat sebesar 16,97 ,nilai rata-rata aspek tugas sebesar 16,34 , nilai rata-rata aspek pelaksanaan sebesar 12,88, nilai rata-rata aspek hubugan interpersonal sebesar 12,59 , nilai rata-rata aspek penguatan sistem sebesar 12,38 dan nilai rata-rata aspek hubungan external sebesar 12,95. Aspek yang memiliki persentase tertinggi yaitu nilai rata-rata aspek bakat sebesar 16,97 dan yang memiliki persentase terendah yaitu nilai rata-rata aspek penguatan sistem 12,38. This study aims to determine the description of teamwork among students who are members of organizations in BEM SE-USU. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study was 1113, the sample of this study was 294 BEM SE-USU students. The sampling technique in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The measuring instrument of this study used a teamwork scale compiled based on aspects proposed by Huszczo (Stott & Walker, 1995) explaining seven aspects of cooperation, namely: goals, talents, tasks, implementation, interpersonal relationships, system strengthening, external relations. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis technique and descriptive frequency analysis (f%). From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the average value of the objective aspect is 13.71, the average value of the talent aspect is 16.97, the average value of the task aspect is 16.34, the average value of the implementation aspect is 12.88, the average value of the interpersonal relationship aspect is 12.59, the average value of the system strengthening aspect is 12.38 and the average value of the external relationship aspect is 12.95. The aspect that has the highest percentage is the average value of the talent aspect of 16.97 and the one that has the lowest percentage is the average value of the system strengthening aspect of 12.38.
