| Abstract: | Gempa bumi merupakan bencana alam yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan parah pada struktur bangunan, terutama di wilayah rawan gempa seperti Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja seismik struktur atas gedung bertingkat Rumah Sakit Haji Medan 9 lantai terhadap beban gempa dengan menggunakan metode pushover berbasis elemen hingga. Analisis dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak SAP2000 versi 14, mengacu pada standar SNI 1726:2019, ATC- 40, dan ASCE 41-17. Parameter utama yang dianalisis meliputi kurva kapasitas, pembentukan sendi plastis, story drift, story drift ratio, dan displacement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kinerja struktur berada pada kategori Immediate Occupancy (IO) yang menandakan struktur masih dapat digunakan setelah terjadi gempa dengan kerusakan minimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami respons non-linier struktur bangunan serta menjadi referensi untuk perencanaan dan perkuatan struktur tahan gempa di masa mendatang. Earthquakes are natural disasters that can cause severe damage to building structures, especially in earthquake-prone areas like Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the seismic performance of the superstructure of the nine-story Haji Medan Hospital under earthquake loads using the finite element-based pushover method. The analysis was conducted using SAP2000 software version 14, referring to SNI 1726:2019, ATC-40, and ASCE 41-17 standards. The main parameters analyzed included the capacity curve, plastic hinge formation, story drift, story drift ratio, and displacement. The analysis results indicate that the structure's performance falls into the Immediate Occupancy (IO) category, indicating that the structure can still be used after an earthquake with minimal damage. This study contributes to understanding the nonlinear response of building structures and serves as a reference for future earthquake-resistant structural design and retrofitting. |
