| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh environmental performance, green investment, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2021 – 2024. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah environmental performance, green investment, dan struktur modal sedangkan variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2021-2024, berjumlah 91 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dipilih, yang dianggap cocok untuk memenuhi kriteria penelitian, dikali 4 tahun selama periode 2021-2024 berarti 60 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Environmental performance, secara parsial tidak pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Green investment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Environmental performance, green investment, dan struktur modal secara simultan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental performance, green investment, and capital structure on the value of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2024. The independent variables used in this study are environmental performance, green investment, and capital structure, while the dependent variable is company value. The research population consists of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2022 and 2024, totaling 91 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and 15 companies were selected as samples, which were considered suitable to meet the research criteria, multiplied by 4 years during the 2022-2024 period, resulting in 60 samples. The results show that environmental performance has no partial effect on the value of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Green investment has a negative and significant effect on the value of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Capital structure partially has a negative and significant effect on company value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Environmental performance, green investment, and capital structure simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on company value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. |
