Abstract: | Form work and shores are temporary structure and will be removed until the concrete has the ability to be self-supporting. Form work and shores failures are too often made without the benefit of proper analysis of the structural and construction method. In multistory cast-in-place concrete building construction is necessary to consider the type of form work and shores system, floor level and the cycle time regarding quality, cost and time. This study was conducted to know whether the scaffolding has the ability to support freshly cast floors until decision regarding the removal of forms and relocation of the shores. Based on the analysis result, construction load distribution during 5 days of cycle time is 2.168,55 kg (bigger than scaffolding maximum load capacity 2.000 kg), during 7 days cycle time is 1.860,20 kg (less than scaffolding maximum load capacity 2.000 kg) during 10 days cycle time is 1.591,43 kg (less than scaffolding maximum load capacity 2.000 kg). |
Description: | Bekisting dan perancah merupakan struktur sementara karena sampai batas waktu tertentu akan dibongkar. Namun sering kali ditemukan adanya kegagalan bekisting maupun perancah akibat kurangnya perhatian pada saat perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Pada pelaksanaan gedung bertingkat perlu direncanakan jenis bekisting dan perancah yang digunakan, jumlah penyediaan dan siklus pengecoran sehingga pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan mutu, biaya dan waktu yang direncanakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah tipe dan jenis scaffolding yang digunakan mampu memikul beban-beban yang terjadi saat siklus pengecoran berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh, beban total yang terjadi saat siklus pengecoran 5 hari sebesar sebesar 2.168,55 kg (lebih besar dari kemampuan scaffolding sebesar 2.000 kg), pada siklus 7 hari pengecoran sebesar 1.860,20 kg (lebih kecil dari kemampuan scaffolding sebesar 2.000 kg) dan pada siklus 10 hari pengecoran sebesar 1.591,43 kg (lebih kecil dari kemampuan scaffolding sebesar 2.000 kg). |
