dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Cabang Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dan wawancara langsung dengan karyawan PT. Nutrfood Indonesia Cabang Medan. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Dan pengujian sampel menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Nutrifood Indonesia Medan (nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.005 dan thitung 10.774 > ttabel 2.019). Gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Nutrifood Indonesia Medan (nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.005 dan thitung 2.719 > ttabel 2.019). Kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Cabang Medan (nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.005 dan Fhitung 69.359 > Ftabel 3.22). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The study is conducted to discover the impact of compensation and leadership style toward the employees’ performances at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Branch Office Medan. The simple random sampling is utilized to gathering total 45 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire and interview among the employees of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Branch Office Medan. While data analysis used were qualitative and quantitative approaches by using multiple regression analysis methods in this study through SPSS 16.0 application software. The outcome of study expresses that the compensation has influenced positively and significantly the employees’ performance and the significance value as much as (sign. 0.000 < 0.005) and tvalue > ttable (2.719 > 2.019). Thus, compensation is influencing the employees’ performance in partial. Similarly, leadership style is affecting positively and significantly the employees’ performance partially (sign. 0.000 < 0.005) and tvalue > ttable (2.719 > 2.019) is illustrated the significant relationship among the variables. Also, both variables were significant and positive influencing the employees’ performances at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Branch Office Medan simultaneously with significance value as much as (sign. 0.000 < 0.005) and Fvalue > Ftable (69.359 > 3.22). | en_US |
