dc.description | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya motivasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, bahwa motivasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dilihat dari pencapaian target dalam laporan neraca laba-rugi selama 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir belum pernah mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat NBP 20 Deli Tua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas), analisis regresi linier sederhana, pengujian hipotesis yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 18.0 for windows, yang penyajian data didapatkan dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai di PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat NBP 20 Deli Tua sejumlah 37 pegawai dan yang menjadi sampel yakni 22 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji parsial (uji-t), uji signifikansi simultan (uji-F) didapatkan (sig. 0,000 < 0,05), yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan, serta pada uji determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,786 (78,6%) yang berarti motivasi hanya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78,6% terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat NBP 20 Deli Tua, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai variabel-variabel lain sebesar 21,4% yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research has been misled by importance of motivation in an attempt to improve the performance of the employees to further the destination of the company. Based on the data obtained, that motivation can affect the performance of the employees seen from the target achievement in the balance of the three (3) years old last year has never reached the target. This research aims to know and analyze the motivation of the performance of the employees in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat NBP 20 Deli Tua. The method used in this research’s quantitative methods with an associative approach, the data analysis used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test (normality test), the simple regression linear analysis, hypothesis testing that helped by SPSS 18.0 applications for windows,which was served by the data questionnaire. The population in this research’s an entire employee of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat NBP 20 Deli Tua as 37 employees and who became a sample of 22 respondents. Research results indicate that a partial test (test-t), test the simultans significant test (sig. 0,000 < 0,05), which means Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, that there Ha was stated positive and significant influence, and determination test (R-Square) of 0,786 (78,6%) which means motivation only gives a 78,6% influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat NBP 20 Deli Tua therefore need to do research on the other variables of 21,4% that can provide effect on performance. | en_US |
