Abstract: | The study goals to identify the positive significance relationship between training, work discipline towards the employees’ performance in partial. Also, the study tries to scrutinize the positive significance relationship both training and work discipline to the employees’ performance. The research was organized at PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan North Sumatera, Indonesia. An associative study was conducted using population size as much as 120 employees. A total 54 respondents were chosen as the sample by using random sampling method. The study utilized the multiple regression analysis as the data analyzing technique, and then the primary data were gathered through interview and distributing questionnaire among participants. The result indicates that training is positively significant influencing the employees’ performance, with probability 5.125. However, in partial, work discipline has no significant relationship to the employees’ performance, with probability 1.119. In contrast, simultaneously training and work discipline contribute a positive impact towards employees’ performance with probability 14.133. |

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 120 orang karyawan, teknik sampling yang digunakan memakai random sampling, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 54 orang karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Utara. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai probabilitas sebesar 5.125, serta variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai probabilitasnya sebesar 1.119. Secara simultan variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai probabilitasnya sebesar 14.133. |
