dc.description.abstractDipilihnya Pengendalian Intern Gaji dan Upah sebagai judul skripsi ini, penulis berpendapat bahwa perkembangan organisasi usaha yang semakin kompleks memerlukan penanganan yang lebih teliti dari semua kegiatan yang terjadi dalam perusahaan dan Juga bagi perusahaan besar pimpinan perusahaan memiliki kendala dalam hal penggajian dan pegupahan, karena memillki banyak karyawan dan buruh, untuk itulah diperlukan suatu pengendalian intern gaji dan upah yang baik. The selection of Salary and Wage Internal Control as the title of this thesis, the author argues that the development of increasingly complex business organizations requires a more thorough handling of all activities that occur within the company and also for large companies, company leaders have obstacles in terms of payroll and wages, because they have many employees and laborers, for that we need an internal control of good wages and salaries.en_US
