Perbedaan Cinderella Complex antara Remaja Suku Minang dan Suku Mandailing

Abstract

This research discussed about differences of Cinderella Complex between the Minang tribal teenager and the Mandailing tribal teenager. The Cinderella Complex is a seemingly unconscious fear for women toward independence and success, so that it has the dependence and desire to be noticed and protected by others, because there is always something outside of her that will help, especially from Men, in order not to be able to exploit the potential Owned with the maximum, although basically he can. Subjects in this research were IMIB USU and IMAKOPASID USU-POLMED students as many as 73 people. The data were collected using the Guttman scale method. Technique of data analysis is done by using Analysis of Variance 1 Path. Based on the analysis that has been done got the coefficient of difference Anava F = 98.954 with significant coefficient p 0,000 <0,05. The Cinderella Complex is low in Minang teenager, which can be seen through the average hypothetical value (13.5) is greater than the empirical average, (8,51) and the difference between these two means exceeds SD (3,822), while Cinderella Complex in Mandailing teenager are high, which can be seen through hypothetical average values (13.5) smaller than the empirical mean (17.97) and the difference between these two means exceeds SD (4.265). Thus it can be said that there is a difference Cinderella Complex between Teens Minang with Mandailing Tribe. This means the proposed hypothesis which reads that there is a The Difference of Cinderella Complex between the Minang Tribe Teenager and the Mandailing Tribe Teenager received.
