Pemilihan Supplier Bahan Baku Aluminium Pada CV. Bintang Terang Dengan Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP).

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan, karena perusahaan yang tidak melakukan kegiatan pengambilan keputusan dengan tepat dapat berakibat pada komplikasi dalam proses terkait sehingga menyebabkan adanya keluhan dari pelanggan. Terdapat banyak pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan, salah satunya adalah melakukan pengambilan keputusan mengenai pemilihan supplier bahan yang akan digunakan oleh suatu perusahaan. Pemilihan supplier merupakan hal yang penting, dimana pemilihan supplier barang yang tepat, tidak hanya supplier yang dapat memberikan material yang berkualitas, tepat waktu, dan harga terjangkau namun juga harus memberikan service yang optimal baik dari segi responsif, kelancaran komunikasi dan informasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif solusi supplier berdasarkan beberapa faktor dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan ANP. Analytic Network Process adalah teori matematis yang memungkinkan seorang pengambil keputusan menghadapi faktor - faktor yang saling berhubungan (dependence) serta umpan balik (feedback) secara sistematik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Bintang Terang. Penelitian ini diawali dari studi literatur terlebih dahulu yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian kuesioner terhadap pihak perusahaan, dimana hasil dari kuesioner tersebut dijadikan sebagai faktor acuan dari penelitian ini. Setelah dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat berbagai macam barang yang disuplai pada CV. Bintang Terang, aluminium capuran, dan berbagai macam barang rongsok yg berbahan aluminium. Dari berbagai macam produk tersebut, penulis memilih pita sebagai objek pada penelitian ini. Supplier bahan baku sendiri memiliki 3 supplier, yaitu 67, SMJ dan TION. Setelah dilakukannya perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode ANP dengan bantuan softwareSuper Decisions, didapat hasil bahwa rekomendasi supplier yang didapat adalah supplier SMJ. Decision making is something that must be done by a company, because companies that do not carry out decision-making activities properly can result in complications in the related process, causing complaints from customers. There are many decisions made by a company, one of which is making decisions regarding the selection of suppliers of materials to be used by a company. Supplier selection is important, where the selection of the right supplier of goods, not only suppliers who can provide quality materials, on time, and affordable prices but also must provide optimal service both in terms of responsiveness, smooth communication and information. The method used to determine alternative supplier solutions based on several factors can be done using ANP. Analytic Network Process is a mathematical theory that allows a decision maker to deal with interrelated factors (dependence) and feedback systematically. This research was conducted at CV. Bright Star. This research begins with a literature study first, which is then continued by giving a questionnaire to the company, where the results of the questionnaire are used as a reference factor for this research. After distributing the questionnaires, it can be seen that there are various kinds of goods supplied to CV. Bintang Terang, mixed aluminum, and various kinds of junk made from aluminum. From these various products, the authors chose ribbon as the object of this research. The raw material supplier itself has 3 suppliers, namely 67, SMJ and TION. After doing the calculations using the ANP method with the help of the Super Decisions software, it was found that the supplier recommendations obtained were SMJ suppliers.
