Efektivitas Sistem Informasi dan Komputerisasi Haji Terpadu (SISKOHAT) Dalam Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The goal in this research is focused on the effectiveness of information systems and computerized Hajj integrated in the service of the organization of the Hajj and Umrah in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra and discuss the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of information systems and computerized Hajj integrated in the organization of worship Hajj Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Office of North Sumatra Province. To answer these questions the type of research is descriptive qualitative research is research that produces data in the form of words written or spoken of persons or behavior that can be observed, with the aim to describe the state according to what their research goals. Source of research data in use is the source of primary data in the form of information from the field through observations and interviews directly at the Regional Office of religious ministary north sumatra. North Sumatra Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Organizer of the flow Siskohat performance, then secondary data sources such as books, data documentation Religius minister in Regional Office north sumatra. North Sumatra Operator Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and all the data associated with sikohat. For data collection techniques in use, among others: the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis to clarify in accordance with the problems studied and the data are then compiled and analyzed. This study showed that Information Systems and Computerized Hajj Integrated (SISKOHAT) is very effective in improving the performance of the service organization of the Hajj and Umrah at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regional Office of North Sumatra Province. Information Systems and Computerized Hajj Integrated (SISKOHAT) is a means to cultivate the Hajj ministry data collection system that is manually towards automation through the use of information technology and communications made in the country and in Saudi Arabia. Siskohat integrated with 17 BPS BPIH and the Office of Religious Affairs in 33 provinces throughout Indonesia to Host Fitness Centre, namely the Ministry of Religion. In addition, support Siskohat including registration and database storage pilgrims and officers, document processing passports and pemvisaan, publishing DAPIH, payment BPIH by BPS BPIH online, the implementation of accounting systems BPIH, drafting pramanifest fleet, monitoring flights, health monitoring Hajj, as well as operational monitoring Hajj in the country and in Saudi Arabia.
