Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Implementasi UU No. 1 Tahun 1970 Tentang Keselamatan Kerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Lembah Bhakti Kabupaten Aceh Singkil

Abstract

The labor has a role and a very important as the perpetrators and development goals in the implementation of national development. Base on the position and the role of the workforce, it takes the development of employment to improve the quality of employment and the role of the participation in development and to improve the protection of worker and their family in accordance with the dignity of man. In the hypothesis’s test, the tester was using SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Sciences). The scale of measurement ordinal to be used for the correlation of single with the correlation of Kendall rank while the correlation of doubles with the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance. Based on testing of the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance is known there is the relationship between leadership, communication and work culture with the implementation of UU No 1 1970 about workplace safety employees. Based on the Kendall’s Tau is 0,207 with relationship between leadership in the implementation of UU No 1 1970 about the safety of relationship is weak. The value on the Kendall’s Tau is 0,166 its means the relationship between the culture of working with the implementation of the UU No 1 1970 is weak and the value of the Kendall’s Tau is 0,558 and it means the relationship between the communication with the implementation of the UU no 1 1970 it has a strong relationship.
