Pengaruh Implementasi Teknologi Informasi, Dukungan Manajer dan Kemampuan Pengguna terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada PT. Sucofindo Cabang Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi teknologi informasi, dukungan manajer dan kemampuan pengguna terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada PT. Sucofindo Cabang Medan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pimpinan perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu keseluruhan anggota populasi yang dijadikan sebagai sampel sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 30 sampel berdasarkan kriteria yaitu seluruh pimpinan yang ada pada PT. Sucofindo Cabang Medan yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Dukungan manajer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Kemampuan Pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Implementasi teknologi informasi, dukungan manajer dan kemampuan pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Sucofindo Medan Branch. The type of data carried out in this study is quantitative sourced from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all company leaders. Sampling used in this study is a saturated sample technique, namely all members of the population that are used as samples so that 30 samples are obtained namely the entire leadership at PT. Sucofindo Medan Branch involved in the use of accounting information system applications. The results show that the implementation of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Manager support has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. User ability has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The implementation of information technology, manager support and user ability has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
